Dynamically scale your media processing capability with virtualized infrastructure Vantage version 7.1, our media processing platform, adds support for Vantage Elastic Domain, a virtualized version of Vantage to run on premises, in private data centers or on recognized cloud providers. This powerful new capability allows you to have a number of permanent Vantage licenses to cover your run-rate needs, while allowing you to take advantage of the virtualized infrastructure to “burst” a number of additional nodes as your workload needs dictate. Vantage 7.1 also introduces an all-new 64-bit transcoding engine, designed with the latest high-density formats in mind.
