HD/SD web cast

For NTSC broadcast or web cast, the source HD (1080i) SDI Live signal from production can be down converted to NTSC first, transmitted by CODEC in SD mode via Internet (for long distance), then finally reach broadcast system for further casting. Computing resource may be much lesser under SD mode while observing the CPU% of ffmpeg. The pixel numbers are 6 times greater for Full HD.
